Staying Connected

Here are three ways to keep up with the posts and comments on Careful for Nothing:

1.  Click on the Sign me up! button to the right, on the side bar just under my picture, under the heading, Email Subscription — or the Follow button on the lower right corner of your screen You will then receive a confirmation email from WordPress, the company which hosts my blog.  In order to start receiving my weekly posts via email you must reply affirmatively to this email. Once you do, you’ll be fully subscribed.

2.  You can subscribe to Posts and/or Comments through your reader by clicking the red RSS button under the Subscribe/feeds heading, also on the side bar to the right.  You can choose to receive just posts or just comments, or both.

If you are unfamiliar with this technology, like I was until recently, here is a brief explanation, provided by Google Reader: “A reader helps you find and keep track of interesting items on the internet. When you sign up with Google Reader you can subscribe to your favorite websites, see what your friends are sharing, and keep up with what’s popular. New content comes to your Google Reader when it’s posted, so you don’t need to visit individual sites.”

3.  You can also save this site in your web browser under Favorites or Bookmarks and check it whenever you want.  I post weekly and respond to comments whenever they come in.  So, check back often!
